All items are hand painted by me and most items are cut out by me.
I do my best to offer the best quality wood that is available; however, knots and imperfections are natural. I do my best to avoid these imperfections, but sometimes it is not possible.
No two items will ever be the same.


I use Paypal.
You DO NOT have to have an account with paypal to use your credit card.

Paypal accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
‘ROMALANDWOO’ will appear on your statement.

Only US currency is accepted.

Checks and money orders must be drawn on a US Bank account.

I accept money orders and checks.

If mailing a check, the check MUST clear my bank before shipping. (This usually takes between 7 – 10 days.)
Special Orders will not be started until this happens.

Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible-usually within 3 days.
Special Orders will ship as soon as they are completed.

I will ship items USPS or UPS, whichever is cheaper or is the method you request.
I will charge you the actual shipping and handling charges. If you are charged too much, I will issue a credit to your credit card.

UPS charges include insurance up to a certain amount.(This is usually enough to cover what is being shipped.)
USPS does NOT include insurance.
If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will insure it for you AT YOUR COST.

All shipment costs--including duties, taxes or any other fees—are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.


Depending on the time of year depends on how long it will take to complete a special order.

During normal times, orders should be completed within 2 weeks. I will do my best to contact you if this time frame varies and will do my best to keep you updated.

If you need an item by a special date, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you; however, if this becomes a habit, this will factor into the consideration. We ALL value our time and appreciate being valued also…

PLEASE remember that Fall and Christmas are my busiest times…


Please contact me WITHIN one week with any kind of problem with your order.

If insurance was not chosen, I cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipment.

If insurance was purchased, I will provide you with documentation needed to make a claim. You must keep original packaging when filing a claim.

If I make a mistake, I will do my best to correct it to your satisfaction.
If you make a mistake, I will do my best to work with you to correct it to both of our satisfactions.

When submitting personalization information, PLEASE double check the spelling and then check again after that!


Patterns are NOT eligible for return. Contact me for anything in a pattern packet that needs clarification.

As a rule, I do not accept returns; however, exceptions will be considered. The customer will be responsible for shipping.
No credit will be given for items returned without permission.
